Forced Consent

Consent is intended to be freely given, but when a user has to accept an initial offer to use a website, it becomes very difficult to later withdraw the consent due to the technical complexity to change settings, especially related to marketing rights.

 

Cookies policies are good examples of either compliant or non-compliant consent.
